SharkSpace is different than other hosting companies. SharkSpace places an extremely low amount of sites per server. This is the key to reliability, because less sites per server = better uptime. The probability of a server crashing and you experiencing downtime is directly correlated to the amount of sites per server. A good example of this in non technical terms is if a highway has only a few cars driving on it at one time it will run great at full speed, but when you put too many cars on the highway it will slow down and a traffic jam may occur. That traffic jam would be downtime in server terms. The founder Scott Jones has set an innovative business structure to still bring in more revenue while placing less accounts per server. It may be hard to picture, but we have done the math and SharkSpace is prospering by giving clients everything they paid for. The concept is quite simple, less server problems equals less support questions. What is the largest expense in the web hosting industry? The answer is support. SharkSpace has less support questions due to not overloading servers allowing us to afford to put less accounts per server since our operating costs are lower.
